Please read the following information and instructions.
请细心阅读及遵守本民宿的入住说明和使用规则。
The Mission Guesthouse is specially designed to take in short term missionary for exposure trip to Osaka.
堺市宣教民宿主要是为了接待短宣队，好让各地的弟兄姐妹能积极来到大阪来体验生活及参与宣教事工。
- There are 3 rooms on the first floor and a leisure room on the ground floor with television set.
本民宿有３个房间位于二楼，一楼有一个休闲室，作为聊天、休息或观赏电视节目的地方。
- A telephone with fax machine is available under the stairways but it is NOT FREE. In case you need to make phone calls locally or oversea, please inform us and we will tell you the charges.
楼梯地下的位置设有一台电话传真机，但是住客请不要擅自使用，若有需要播电回国或传真文件，请联络管理员询问有关收费。

- Please switch off all the electric appliances before going out. Especially air-conditions and heaters．
请节省能源，在出门前请记得将电器，尤其是冷气及暖气机关掉。
House Key民宿钥匙
Check in time is at 3pm. Key will be handled to you as soon as your payment is made. In case you lost the key, replacement key will be charged. We would suggest that the key be kept in the number case outside the house. If you want to take it along please do so.
入住时间为下午3时。付清入住费用后可拿到民宿钥匙。倘若在外出时遗失钥匙，请偿还更换新钥匙的费用。您可以携带钥匙外出，但我们建议您将钥匙安置在门外的密码锁保险箱里，以免遗失。
Toiletries卫浴用品
Soap, shampoo/conditioners and hair dryer are provided. For hygiene purpose，we encouraged you to use your personal toiletries and towels. We have towels for rental：bath towel @200yen and face towel @100 yen per piece. Please put your payment in the box provided near the towel’s shelf.
本民宿有提供肥皂，洗发精、沐浴乳、浴帽、吹风筒、梳子、牙膏、牙刷和浴巾。但为个人卫生起见，建议您携带自己的卫浴用品和毛巾。本民宿提供租用浴巾(200日元/条)和面巾（100日元/条）。请将费用投入放在浴巾柜的收费罐子里。
Tatami Bed room榻榻米寝室
Sleeping on Japanese tatami mats will be good experience for many. Extra blankets and pillows are available in the O-SHI-IRE (closet). Please do not bring food or drink into the bedroom.
对很多人来说睡在榻榻米房是一个有趣的体验。所有寝具都收纳在壁橱内。房间内禁止饮食。
For Emergency: Please remember the place where the torch light is placed in the room.
紧急状况下: 请记得房间里手电筒的位置。
Toilets厕所
There is toilet on each floor. Please do not throw other kind of papers into the toilet bowl. Use only supplied toilet paper. There is a sanitary bin beside the toilet bowl, for ladies who are using it please clean up before your departure for other’s convenience.
两楼层都各设有一间厕所。 除了所提供的水溶性厕纸之外的东西，都不可投入马桶，以免堵塞。马桶旁有一个女性卫用垃圾桶，为了其他用户着想，请使用的姐妹们定期并在离开前清理干净。
Kitchen厨房
A gas stove for simple cooking, microwave oven, hot water pot, bread toaster, utensils, fridge and a dining table with 6 chairs and some folding chairs are available to use freely. If you know something is not in good condition please inform us.
简单的煮食，给您提供的瓦斯炉灶、微波炉、热水壶、烤面包机、餐具、冰箱和饭桌餐和6张椅子及折式椅子等都可以自由使用。如果发现任何家电或家具出现问题，请立刻通知我们。
Please do not forget to add water into the hot pot after used.
请确认热水壶内水量维持在半壶以上，以免水烧干后热水壶被烧坏。
Please do not take any utensils away from mission house. If accidentally break any utensils please inform to us and a fee will be charged for the broken item so it can be replaced.
请不要带走厨房中的餐具及设备。若您不小心打破任何餐具，请通知我们并照价赔偿该物品的费用，我们会尽快补上。
DIY Laundry自助洗衣
Please be informed that there will be a charged of 200 yen each time for using the washing machine. Please do not overload the washing machine. A maximum load of 3 kgs is recommended. Put your payment in the box beside the washing machine.
本民宿的洗衣机使用收费为每一次为200日元。请不要强制塞入过量衣物（不要超过3公斤），以免导致洗衣机机身损坏。请将费用投入洗衣机旁边的收费罐子里。
Garbage Disposal and Recycle 垃圾分类和处理
Japan is country with strict garbage disposal rules. Garbage collection day for different types of garbage is different by zone. For this zone:
日本是一个严格执行垃圾分类的国家。每一个区域的收集不同类型垃圾的日子都不同。本区的各类型垃圾收集日子是：
Raw garbage 厨房垃圾 : Every Tuesday & Friday 每星期二和星期五
Aluminum can & glass bottle 铝罐和玻璃瓶: 1st& 3rd Thursday 每月第一及第三个星期四
PET bottle 塑胶瓶 : 2nd& 4th Thursday每月第二及第四个星期四
Garbage bins are located outside the house please dispose your garbage according to the instructions on the bins.
本民宿的分类垃圾桶放置在入口处，请按照垃圾桶上的指示分类处理您的垃圾。
* Do not keep garbage in the kitchen garbage bin. Please disposable it outside the house every day to avoid unpleasant smell in the kitchen. Administrator will clear the main garbage box in the evening.
* 请不要将垃圾留在厨房的垃圾桶里。请将垃圾丢在房子外面的分类垃圾桶里，以免在屋内发臭。管理员会在傍晚来清理总分类垃圾桶。
WIFI无线网络
Please contact mission house administrator if you would like to rent a portable WIFI.
若您希望租借携带型无线网络连接器，请联络管理员。
Fee : 3,000 yen/week 收费：3000日元/周
Mission house has Internet connection. Please use QRCODE to connect your internet access. QRCODE is pasted on the wall along the hallway.
民宿内有提供免费无线网络。直接用手机扫描贴在民宿走廊墙壁上的二维码，就可连接上网。
Check Out 退房
Please inform us your departure time during check in. Train timetable is attached on the information board. To confirm your train schedule please check internet access too.
请在入住当天告知管理员您退房或出发的日期和时间。电车行程表可参考告示板。
Payment can be made on your arrival. 入住前请付清住宿费。
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE AWAY ANYTHING FROM THE MISSION HOUSE.
请不要将任何宣教民宿里的东西带走。
All funds collected will go into Sakai mission church fund for outreached work and church activities.
本民宿的一切收费将作为堺市宣教教会常费及布道用途。
