Pastor Kathy Tay (Hirata) is a church planter. She began this ministry in April 1994. Originally from Singapore, Pastor Kathy speaks English, Japanese and Mandarin. In Japan, she teaches English and started Sakai Gaikokujin Nihongo Club in Sakai City. She was married to a Japanese husband with a grown-up son.
