1. Check-in: 3 pm, Check-out: 11 am
2. You can make your payment via cash, YouTrip, or PayNow before your stay ends.
*For PayNow and YouTrip payments, a 2% surcharge applies*
3. Conserve electricity by switching off all electric appliances before going out - especially air conditioners and heaters.
4. If you lose the keys, a key replacement fee of ¥35000 will be charged.
*We encourage you to keep the key in the provided key box when you are out. The high key replacement fee is due to the high costs of lock and key replacement.
5. Do not bring food or drinks into the bedrooms.
6. Please do not take anything away from Mission House unless you have asked the host for permission.
7. Please do not leave your personal belongings in the Mission House. Anything left behind will be discarded.
8. Following government law, disposal of large items (Eg. Luggage) will incur a small fee.
9. In Japan, there are strict garbage disposal and recycle rules that you will need to follow:
a) Do not dispose any trash in the house. Dispose all trash and recyclable items at our parking lot. You will find the respective bins for: Combustibles, plastics, cans & bottles.
b) On collection days, take out the trash and recyclable bags from the bins, and leave them at the ‘Sakai Mission House’ signage before 7 am. You may do so the night before.
c) The trash collection schedule can be found in the Mission House.
10. Add water to the hot water dispenser after use.
11. For emergencies, there is a torchlight placed in every room.
12. If something is not in good condition, please help to inform the host.
